Hi FWISD Staff, if you are having a problem with one of our staff members, please review the guidelines below to evaluate whether the media team member is breaking a rule. If so, please fill out the form we have also displayed below. We are sorry for the inconvenience and will make sure to handle the situation properly.

Photographer: Free access to all paid Paschal-Affiliated events unless they are clearly not working at the event. Field, Court, Floor, Dugout, Etc. Access to all Paschal-Affiliated events. Along with access to Live Media sections and locker room access as requested and addressed with coaches/officials.

Videographer: Free access to all paid Paschal-Affiliated events unless they are clearly not working at the event. Field, Court, Floor, Etc. Access to all Paschal-Affiliated events. Along with access to Live Media sections and locker room access as requested and addressed with coaches/officials.

Heading 3


Live Media Staff: Free access to all paid Paschal-Affiliated events unless they are clearly not working at the event. Access to a section of stands, spectator area, or media area. Ability to access the field, Court, Floor, dugout, Etc for limited periods of time.

Social Media Staff: Free access to all paid Paschal-Affiliated events unless they are clearly not working at the event. Ability to access the field, Court, Floor, dugout, Etc for limited periods of time.

Photographers & Videography Staff

  • BE KIND TO GAME OFFICIALS
  • BE NON-EXISTENT TO PLAYERS AND COACHES
  • NO FLASH WHEN FACED TOWARDS THE FIELD
  • STAY BEHIND THE DASHED LINES WHEN NEAR THE END ZONES (WHEN REF REQUESTS)
  • ACTIVELY LISTEN
  • BE IN A READY POSITION (NOT LYING DOWN)
  • USE YOUR MANNERS WHEN TALKING WITH COACHES
  • GIVE CONTENT TO LIVE MEDIA TEAM WHEN REQUESTED
  • IN THIS CASE, PODCAST STAFF ARE NOT CONSIDERED VIDEOGRAPHY STAFF AS THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE FLOOR AT EVENTS
  • ANCHORS ARE ALLOWED ON THE FLOOR (WE REQUEST FOR MINIMAL TIME)
  • PHOTOGRAPHERS AND VIDEOGRAPHY STAFF SHOULD ONLY BE ON THE FLOOR IF THEY ARE ASSIGNED TO THE EVENT OR ARE A LEAD OF PHOTO/VIDEO OR A DIRECTOR



Live Media Staff

Live Media Staff are not allowed on the floor of an event as long as they are not retrieving an SD card or filming content. Therefore, the Live Media Staff must comply with PSMO’s field etiquette and Live Media guidelines. These rules are listed below


  • BE KIND TO GAME OFFICIALS
  • BE NON-EXISTENT TO PLAYERS AND COACHES
  • NO FLASH WHEN FACED TOWARDS THE FIELD
  • STAY BEHIND THE DASHED LINES WHEN NEAR THE END ZONES (WHEN REF REQUESTS)
  • ACTIVELY LISTEN
  • BE IN A READY POSITION (NOT LYING DOWN)
  • USE YOUR MANNERS WHEN TALKING WITH COACHES
  • LIVE MEDIA STAFF IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE FLOOR UNLESS THEY ARE RETRIEVING A SD CARD OR FILMING CONTENT
  • THE TIME LIVE MEDIA STAFF SPEND ON THE FLOOR SHOULD BE MINIMAL (UP TO FIVE MINUTES PER EVENT) TO PREVENT OVERCROWDING AND MAINTAIN OUR FIELD ACCESS



Social Media Staff

If necessary, social media staff are allowed on the floor of events but for minimal time to prevent overcrowding. Field etiquette rules apply:

  • BE KIND TO GAME OFFICIALS
  • BE NON-EXISTENT TO PLAYERS AND COACHES
  • NO FLASH WHEN FACED TOWARDS THE FIELD
  • STAY BEHIND THE DASHED LINES WHEN NEAR THE END ZONES (WHEN REF REQUESTS)
  • ACTIVELY LISTEN
  • BE IN A READY POSITION (NOT LYING DOWN)
  • USE YOUR MANNERS WHEN TALKING WITH COACHES

irresponsible Actions


  • Equipment:
  • Leaving equipment unattended
  • Losing batteries, memory cards, etc
  • Professionalism:
  • Being disrespectful to leads, directors, the adviser, or other staff members
  • Misrepresenting PSMO in any situation
  • Wearing inappropriate clothing or symbols while working
  • Or not following the media etiquette rules mentioned above
  • Freedoms:
  • Abusing the power of a Press Pass
  • Utilizing the Press Pass for non-Paschal-related events
  • Serious Violations:
  • Stealing from PSMO
  • Repeated violations of rules above
